1. What design services do you offer?

I primarily focus on print page layouts (such as magazines, booklets, and activity guides), print design (flyers, brochures, business cards, and ads), PowerPoint presentations, and simple webpage setup with Squarespace and Wix editors. I can also provide services to help clients create simple landing pages or websites for showcasing their businesses or projects.

2. How do I get started on a project with you?

You can reach me through my email or direct message on Facebook, or via platforms like Alignable. Once you have made contact, please clearly specify which service you need and include details about what you are looking for. The more information you provide—such as the type of project, its scope, size, deadlines, and any brand materials—the better I can tailor a quote for you.

3. How much do your services cost?

Pricing depends on the type and scope of your project. As a general guide:

  • Page Layouts: Typically charge per page.

  • Print Designs: Flat-rate pricing applied to common items (flyers, ads, business cards).

  • PowerPoint Presentations: Flat rates based on slide count and complexity

  • Simple Web Page Setup: Flat-rate service depending on features and content.

I will always provide a customized quote after we discuss your project and before work begins.

4. Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A 50% deposit is required to begin work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final files are delivered.

5. What is your typical turnaround time?

Turnaround time depends on the project type and size:

  • Small print designs or short presentations: 3-5 business days

  • Larger page layout projects: 2-4 weeks

  • Web page setup: Usually 1-2 weeks once content is finalized

These timelines are just estimates and could vary depending on the project's size and scope. Timelines will always be discussed and confirmed in advance.​

6. How many revisions are included?

Most projects include two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions can be requested for an additional fee.

7. What files will I receive?

You will receive print-ready files (such as PDF, JPG, or PNG) and editable PowerPoint files for presentations. If applicable, web-ready files will be included. Source files can be provided upon request.

8. Do you offer printing services?

I don't print materials directly, but I ensure all designs are properly prepared for print. I'm also happy to recommend trusted online or local printing services

9. Do you work with clients remotely?

Yes! I work with clients from various locations. Most communication and project coordination is done online, making the process efficient and more convenient.

10. What if I'm not sure what I need yet?

That's completely fine. Many clients come to me with a general idea rather than a finished plan. I can help guide the process along by suggesting solutions that best fit your goals.
